Sonoma Valley Wine Country Tour

On this tour, you'll bike through vineyards, apple orchards and groves of oak, eucalyptus and redwood trees. We'll stay both nights at the group campsite at Spring Lake Park in Santa Rosa. It's a very pretty setting, isolated from the rest of the campground.

On Saturday, you'll cross the Russian river and ride past local wineries, including Hop Kiln and Richioli. We'll meet you with lunch at the Davis Bynum Winery. On Sunday, we start out riding through Annadel State Park and then on backroads through vineyards on the way to Glen Ellen, a quiet village nestled among the scenic beauty of rural glens, warm springs and creeks. You'll also have the option to cycle up to explore Jack London Park and museum. On the way back, you can visit the beautiful Matanzas Creek Winery, famous for their Chardonnays and Merlots.

Wine is a nice complement to our dinners, so here in California's world-class wine producing region, we will provide wine pairing suggestions for those of you who wish to match our food with wines you purchase. As always, the support van is available to pick up you or your purchases along the way.

What's Included:
2 nights camping
(Friday - Saturday), 2 days cycling (Saturday: 23 - 68 miles. Sunday:16 - 35 miles), all your meals, snacks and drinks. Price $259.
